April was quiet for the two of us, but we were hard at work. We’re planning to release a new short story in the next couple of months! We’ll be posting a summary and a sneak preview of the cover later in May.

There are going to be a few giveaway opportunities over the summer for physical and digital prizes as well, so watch this space for more details in the coming months!

With spring just around the corner, new beginnings are in order. This winter was a bit rougher than normal in some regards. Vanessa switched day jobs, which—while better—was cause for some adjustment. Unfortunately, Dante’s grandfather passed away shortly after we released Exchanged. We’re not sharing this information so you feel sorry or bad for us, so please don’t feel bad!

The past few months have been a strange mix of good and bad news. We’ve welcomed new members into our families and said goodbyes to those who have left. We’re now ready to take a breath of fresh air and move forward. We should have some updates in the next few months that we’re excited to share with you.

Thanks to everyone for sharing in our excitement at the release of Exchanged. It’s strange to think we sat down one year ago and began this journey. We’ve talked a LOT about ourselves and this process over the past few months, but we’d really like to hear from all of you. The holidays are behind us, and the rest of the year is ahead. We’re so excited to be launching Exchanged at the end of the month. The full cover and preorder info will become available mid-month with the ebook officially available for purchase January 31. Paperback and hardcover editions will follow shortly thereafter, and we hope to have both of those available by February. Thanks to those of you who have supported us on this crazy journey, and for those of you just tuning in, we’re happy to have you!

November is over, our book is actually looking like a book, and cover art is on the way! Since we’re waiting for beta readers to get back to us, we actually have time to read (and Vanessa may already have begun writing another story). This season is great for staying warm indoors, and we’re making the most of it. We’re hoping to preview our premier book soon, possibly within two weeks! More updates to come soon.

We’re now a little more than halfway through NaNoWriMo, but instead of writing a book in one month, we did things somewhat differently. We wrote a book over the course of the year and are editing it in one month. Sort of.

We’re so grateful to our beta readers who are taking the time to read through our manuscript between now and Christmas. Meanwhile, the book cover is coming along and is on schedule to be previewed around this time next month along with a release date for the book. Details are coming!

Our manuscript is complete! We’re aiming to have our book cover and official release time announced around mid-December. Instead of writing a book during NaNoWriMo, we’re dealing with all of our edits and rewrites. Keep an eye on the news page for updates.
